Manufacturing & Operations

Our extensive manufacturing facilities cover over 30,000 square feet with 10 flexible fully automated production lines (in-line), tube filling and 3 semi automatic filling machines capable of handling both small and large productions runs.

Manufacturing vessels and delivery pipes are all stainless steel and are positioned for accurate batch productions, enabling MPM to offer batch sizes ranging from 500kg to 30 tonnes. Additionally there is blending capacity of 12 vessels for bulk transfer direct to the filling lines.

Our substantial range of advanced equipment allows MPM to manufacture most types of liquid, cream, ointment and gel formulations. Our filling and packaging are highly adaptable and can handle a diverse range of packaging formats and product types sizes from 10ml to 5 litre fills delivering the highest standards guaranteed for our customers.

Our daily production planning meeting ensures the company work to achieve the shortest cycle lead time without being detrimental to the quality of the products we produce.
